Services We provide education, career-transition content, free masterclasses to transition into tech, community resources, and related digital services. Features may change. Free sessions do not guarantee employment, certification, or admission to paid programs. 3. Eligibility (18+) You must be at least 18 years old to use our SMS program and to register where age-gated. By opting into SMS you confirm you are 18 or older and the mobile number is yours (or you have authority to use it). 4. Accounts and registration You agree to provide accurate information (name, email, phone) when registering via WebinarKit or other Pathway forms. You are responsible for activity under your registrations. 5. SMS Program Terms (required for carrier / A2P) Pathway SMS Program (United States and United Kingdom): • Program description: By providing your mobile number and consenting (for example via an optional checkbox on WebinarKit registration or another Pathway form), you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Pathway AI Group, LLC about free masterclasses to transition into tech and related Pathway programs. Messages may include registration confirmations, T-30 reminders, we’re-live alerts, no-show rebook links, and educational or promotional follow-ups. • Frequency: Varies. Often several messages around each session you register for, plus occasional follow-ups. Approximate range: 2–8 messages per week depending on activity. Frequency may be higher around live event days. • Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. • Opt-out: Text STOP to cancel. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation. Disclaimers Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee job outcomes. 10. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pathway and its officers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the services or SMS program. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the greater of fees you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $100, except where liability cannot be limited by law. 11. Indemnity You agree to indemnify Pathway against claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms, to the extent allowed by law. 12. Governing law For US users, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live. UK consumers retain non-waivable statutory rights under UK law. 13. Changes We may update these Terms.
