Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pathway AI platform at https://pathwayai.app, operated by Pathway to Salesforce Limited. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
• Accounts are personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.

• Access to most features requires a paid subscription. Prices and tiers are shown on our billing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Pathway AI provides AI-powered learning tools, study tracking, practice exams, simulated work experience ("Internship") programmes, and community features designed to support careers in technology.

• The Internship is a simulated training environment. Stakeholders, companies, and scenarios within it are fictional and AI-generated for educational purposes.
• AI-generated feedback and content are provided for learning purposes and may contain inaccuracies. They do not constitute professional, legal, or career advice.
• Certificates and reference letters describe your performance in our simulated programmes and should be represented honestly by you to third parties.
• We may add, change, or remove features to improve the platform.

If you connect your Google account, you authorise Pathway AI to create and manage calendar events for your own study deadlines and tasks in your Google Calendar. This integration is optional and can be disconnected at any time. Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

You agree not to:

• Share account access or redistribute platform content without permission.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members in community spaces.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, scrape data, or interfere with the platform's operation.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• All platform content, branding, and materials are owned by Pathway to Salesforce Limited or its licensors.
• You retain ownership of work you create and submit (e.g. project deliverables). You grant us a licence to store and display it within the platform to provide the service.
• You may use your own portfolio work and earned credentials in job applications.

• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job offers, certification results, or salary levels.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
