No Refund Policy

All subscription payments made to Pathway AI are non-refundable. This includes:

• Monthly subscription payments
• 3-month subscription payments
• One-time payments and lifetime access purchases
• Payments made with promotional codes or discounts
• Payments processed via Stripe, Klarna, or any other payment method

Once a payment has been processed, it will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, failure to use the platform, or change of mind.

Pathway AI offers a 7-day free trial for eligible new users. During the trial period:

• You have full access to explore the platform and its features
• No payment is charged during the trial period
• You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan will activate and payment will be processed

The free trial exists to ensure you can evaluate the platform before committing. We strongly encourage all users to make full use of the trial period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to the platform until the end of the period you have already paid for
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period
• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting Pathway AI is considered a violation of this agreement. In the event of an unwarranted chargeback:

• Your account will be immediately suspended
• We reserve the right to contest the chargeback with evidence of your agreement to this policy
• Any associated fees incurred by the chargeback may be passed to the account holder
• Reinstatement of the account will be at our sole discretion

By proceeding with any payment on Pathway AI, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this No Refund Policy in full
• You agree that all payments are final and non-refundable
• You understand that a free trial is available for evaluation purposes
• You accept full responsibility for managing your subscription, including cancellation
