Information we collect We may collect: • Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone / mobile number, country or region. • Registration and program data: webinar or masterclass registrations (including WebinarKit), session times, attendance or no-show status, join links, interests in transitioning into tech, and related form answers. • Communication data: emails, SMS / WhatsApp preference signals, opt-in and opt-out records, and support messages. • Payment and enrollment data if you purchase or enroll (processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers). • Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, approximate location, pages viewed, and cookies or similar technologies when you use our sites. • Marketing attribution: ad click IDs, UTM parameters, and referring URLs when you arrive from ads or partner links. 2. How we use your information We use your information to: • Register you for free masterclasses to transition into tech and other Pathway programs. • Send transactional and program messages by email and SMS (and WhatsApp where you have opted in and channels are connected), including reminders, we’re-live alerts, no-show rebook links, and follow-ups about sessions you registered for. • Provide customer support and respond to HELP / support requests. • Improve our sites, offers, and operations; prevent fraud and abuse; and meet legal obligations. • Send marketing only where allowed by law and your consent or other valid legal basis. 3. SMS / text messaging program and opt-in Pathway operates an SMS program for people who provide a mobile number and consent when registering (for example on WebinarKit) or through other Pathway forms that include SMS consent. • Message types: masterclass reminders (for example T-30), we’re-live alerts, no-show rebook / reschedule links, registration confirmations, and related educational or promotional follow-ups about Pathway programs to help you transition into tech. • Frequency: message frequency varies. You may receive several messages around a registered session (for example confirmation, reminder, live alert) and occasional follow-ups. Typical volume is about 2–8 messages per week depending on the sessions you register for and your engagement. We do not guarantee a fixed monthly cap. • Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check your carrier plan. • Opt-out: Text STOP to any Pathway SMS to opt out of the SMS program. You will receive a one-time confirmation. After that you will not receive further marketing or program SMS from that program unless you opt in again. CRITICAL - SMS opt-ins and mobile numbers are not sold or shared for third-party marketing We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, mobile phone numbers, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates so they can text or market to you for their own purposes. We may share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run our own program (for example HighLevel for messaging, WebinarKit for registration, email/SMS infrastructure, analytics, and hosting). Those providers are not permitted to use your SMS opt-in or mobile number to send their own marketing. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets, subject to applicable privacy law. 5. Cookies and similar technologies Our websites may use cookies, pixels, and similar tools for essential site function, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work if you disable cookies. Third-party tools (for example ads or analytics) may set their own cookies under their policies. 6. Security We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data (for example access controls and encrypted transport). Children Our services are intended for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt into SMS. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 for the SMS program. 9. International transfers We are based in the United States and United Kingdom contexts and may process data in the US, UK, and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers. 10. Retention We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including opt-in/opt-out proof for compliance, then delete or anonymize it subject to legal retention needs. 11.
